Scythe Squadron is one of the outstanding acid techno labels out there with top releases from Chris Liberator & Sterling Moss, D.A.V.E. the Drummer, , DDR and James Kinetec, A.P and now the mighty pairing of Stay Up Forever legends Ant and K.N.alongside Japanese record shop owner DJ Nakahara is classic acid techno with an old school theme, lots of build up and very much underpinned by Ant’s Powertool label sound. Ben Fraser show why he is one of the next generation leaders of acid techno on “2424” with its super produced rocket fuelled sound.
