If you had an account with the previous store please use this link to reset your passsword:

You will not be able to use your old password and repeated attempts will result in being locked out. You will need to use something strong, containing a minimum of 12 characters with letters numbers & symbols. You can reset your password at any time.


You will find the shipping rates to be more accurate now. And there is no longer a limit of 2kg, so for larger orders the prices should be much better, as these can be packed together into boxes. Smaller orders may be a little more now, but this is in keeping with Royal Mail’s current database prices which we get live on the site.



Importing the stock from the old site wasn’t as easy as we hoped, so we have been going through the stock as best we can to make sure it is accurate. If you purchase something that has been overlooked and is not in stock we will inform you straight away and we can decide what to do. It might mean waiting a few days for a copy to come in or we can refund you. We apologise if this happens, but once the site has been live for a while and we’ve had time to do a full stock take this will not happen any more.

Labels & Artists missing info

There wasn’t enough info on the old site in general. So we are working on adding a lot more as we go. Artists will have pages and so will labels too. If you are an artist or you own a label (or both) please send us pics, logos and info and we will set up a page for you.

Testing testing…

Thanks to our beta testers for all your suggestions and discoveries. The good thing about this new version is that we now have solid support once again. We have several things planned for the future including a much better player with playlists and several other front end & back end enhancements.

New Site

The old site was suffering from several errors that were related to its core code being well out of date. It was also impossible to update hence the audio players and other things not working too well. It was only a matter of time before it would become totally unusable.

The site now has a different look. It will be improved as we go and we are listening to your opinions. But in general we hope you can find what you want and we think once you’ve adapted, you’ll find the new system much better.

What’s important is that the system is now working in a way that makes regular updates possible so we can keep up with current technology and build on that.

How long will it take for my order to be packed and sent?

We aim to send out orders within 1-3 working days of receiving them (not including weekends and bank holidays) though occasionally if we are on holidays ourselves or away, or waiting for restocks, this may be a day or two longer.

We always try to send out orders the next working day whenever possible. We will always contact you when your order has been despatched with a tracking number so you can follow up its progress.

Do you have records available on the site that are not showing as in stock?

Yes, we have hundreds of records in stock, and lots of old classics and one off white labels, though not everything of course, but it is always worth emailing us if you cannot see something you are after on the site.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived within a few days?

First, check on the Royal Mail website with your tracking number. It will usually give details of where your order is.

If you are in the U.K. your order should arrive within a 1-2 days of us contacting you with the tracking number, unless it was a larger parcel and went by either Parcelforce or courier which sometimes takes a day or two longer.

For Europe it will be 3-7 days, and for everywhere else at least 1-3 weeks. Of course packages get held up so always wait a few more days before panicking, and always check with your local sorting office, sometimes they don’t leave a card after an attempted delivery so your package may be there.

Always check your tracking number, this is your responsibility. If your records are returned to us and you failed to retrieve them from the sorting office we will ask for postage to resend them out to you.

Will you stock my label?

We will happily stock new labels if we think we can sell them, but we are a very specialised shop with limited cashflow, and not all records are going to work for our customers, so please understand if we don’t think your record will work for us. 

One of the records I am trying to buy is out of stock on the site

It may have run out but there is a good chance we may have more copies in stock, or will possibly be getting more. If this is the case we will normally restock within a few hours if it is a new release, or a few days if it is something older. Please email us at if you are really after an out of stock record and we will try and find one for you.

My record is damaged what can I do about it?
Let us know and we will try and replace it if it is severely damaged. If it is a minor problem and you are happy to keep the record, or we have no way to replace it, we can offer a partial refund, or a full refund if it is unreplaceable and badly damaged. If you are a regular customer and it is possible to replace your record we may ask if we can send the replacement with your next order just so we can save on postage (the record is a write off for us so helps us to
at least save another full postage bill)but obviously if this is not possible we will ship
out another asap.
I don’t like the record it doesn’t sound like it did online, can I change it?

Yes, but only if you return the record to us in absolutely mint condition.

Why Is The Site Not Working?

This could be a number of reasons but the most likely is that you are using an old or obsolete browser, or an obsolete computer/tablet/ or phone. Try logging in on another browser first (eg. switch from Safari/Internet Explorer Chrome or Firefox and vice versa), and if this fails try another (possibly newer) device. If neither of these options work and our facebook page has no message about maintenance or site problems, please email us at (or message us on Facebook) and we can do your order via email,  and look in to the problem and hopefully fix it.

Do you only sell Acid Techno?

Generally we specialise in Acid Techno in all it’s varied forms, but also we sell Hard Techno, Acid, and some slower  Techno that’s tough enough to fit with the main stock

What’s your returns policy?

You can return your order to is if the records arrive back to us in absolutely mint condition, (or in the condition received if they are used items) and we will refund you (less the postage) unless they are faulty or damaged, in which case we will return all monies paid.

I can’t see my country listed for shipping what do I do?

Contact us directly by email – – and we may be able to ship to you, but this may cost more, and/or may have conditions attached for certain territories.

I can't log in with my old account from the previous site

Please reset your password. You will need to use something strong 12 characters with letters numbers and symbols. This is standard online security now. You will not be able to use your old password and repeated attempts will result in being locked out of the site for a period of time.

Make sure you allow enough time for the reset password link to come through at least 10 mins, and check your junk mail and spam folders if you don’t see it.

I've spotted a mistake or a typo

If you spot incorrect tracks or info please let us know.

Can I go back to the old site?

The old site is not accessible anymore for customers but we still have records of orders made there in case there’s any errors here. If things are not right with your orders please let us know.
